It had now been 2x that I place a mobile order and it is not ready, or even close to being ready, when it says it should be. Just yesterday I waited 20 mins after my drink was supposed to be ready and watched as the drive through line went through 10+ vehicles. The barista flat out said that there is no point in the mobile order as they prioritize drive through and they were super busy. Apparently my time wasn't valuable. What a disappointment.
I've been coming to this location since the day they opened (01/29/25) and I can say that the morning staff are very friendly and efficient! The drinks always taste great and they prepare online orders exactly as requested.
My neighborhood Starbucks is a reliable sanctuary. The morning team consistently displays the virtues of dedication and readiness. They are faithful to their post, prepared to provide precisely what we, the busy and purposeful, require to commence the day with energy and focus. Maintain this exemplary teamwork. P.S.
